Individual eyelash Extensions are made to last as long as your natural hair remains attached to your bulb. Essentially that means we can keep them uo to 6 weeks depending on the speed/growth of your natural lashes. We naturally shed our own lashes daily losing about 3 to 4 hairs at a time without notice. With Extensions, you'll definitely notice when you shed but have no fear as this is natural and why refills are highly recommended between 2-3 weeks to keep them looking full! We will never compromise the health of your natural lashes so please be advised this service is not for everyone. 

* You must have atleast half to a third percent of your Extensions to be considered for a refill. All others will pay new set prices. 
*Disclaimer: The active ingredient in the lash bonding glue is Cyanoacrylate which is known to cause an allergy in some clients.

PRE APPOINTMENT ALWAYS wash your face/eyes with oil free and alcohol free soap and water before arriving to ANY lash appointment. Clean lashes are the best base for the longest retention, and is simply your insurance! 



AFTERCARE  The most important thing to note about caring for your lashes is not getting them exposed to moisture 24 hours after your appointment as your lashes cure. They cure from the inside out, meaning any added moisture may shock cure the glue and cause it to be brittle and simply fall off. 
NEVER pick them with your fingers, and do not over brush them. Brushing once a day will suffice.  Doing these things will cause them to fall off prematurely and create bad retention. 
Check all makeup, ingredients in products like lotions and creams and do not use any lash growing serums unless directed by your technician. Alot of lash serums promise length, but most times lack in strength which will compromise your Extensions. 
When using haircare products, please guard your lashes using anything to block direct product saturation go your lashes. 
Do not be afraid to wash your lashes! It is highly recommended that you keep them clean from residues from natural environment, your natural oil production, and other products like makeup. Use a gentle oil free and alcohol free foaming cleanser daily and use a small clean eyeshadow brush to make circular motions along your lash line. Never wash using the brush going away, from your lash line as it may loosen the bond of your Extension. 
In the shower, keep saturated water from hair products/shampoo away from your lashes. Wash them after your hair is washed!  
**A lash fix is only considered when 50% or more Extensions suddenly fall off within the curing stage of 24 hours. Remember that moisture during this critical stage will definitely cause them to lose their retention.
